Stick Mobility improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination. The system combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery. This class improves range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement.

There are 3 things golfers care about: Speed, Longevity, and Pain Free golf. To stay on top of your in season or off season game this class is designed to take you to the next level. Consider this class to be the bridge that decreases the deficit that is holding you back.
